BlitzForge AI — Privacy Policy

1. Overview

BlitzForge AI ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension developed by IA Squared Extensions. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Single Purpose

BlitzForge AI helps users compose, personalise and manage cold email campaigns directly inside Gmail using AI-generated email content and follow-up sequences.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

BlitzForge AI does not:

Collect or transmit your personal information to any server operated by us
Track your browsing history or behaviour across websites
Share any data with third parties for advertising or analytics
Use cookies or any form of tracking technology

4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) and never leaves your device:

Settings: Your preferences such as theme, language and feature toggles
API Key: If you provide your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key, it is stored locally only
License Key: Your Pro license key, stored locally for activation verification
Usage Counts: Daily usage counts to enforce free plan limits

5. Permission Justifications

storage: Stores user settings, API key, Pro license key, campaign data, contact lists, follow-up sequences and daily usage counts locally on the user's device. No data is transmitted to developer servers.
tabs: Required to open Gmail compose windows and detect the current tab context for injecting the BlitzForge panel.
alarms: Used to schedule follow-up email reminders based on campaign timing settings, checking every 30 minutes whether follow-ups are due.
host_permissions: Required to inject the BlitzForge email composer panel into Gmail (mail.google.com) where users compose and send emails.

6. AI API Calls

When you use AI features, text is sent directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider using your own API key:

Anthropic Claude API — governed by their respective privacy policy
OpenAI API — governed by their respective privacy policy

IA Squared Extensions does not see, intercept or store the content of these requests.

7. License Activation

When activating a Pro license, the extension communicates with Lemon Squeezy's API to validate your license key. Their handling of this data is governed by Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

This extension is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
